Support, Cancel & Refund
If you have any questions or need support, please notify us by sending an email to hi@systemsocialz.com or message us on the social media channels below. We typically respond within 1 hour.
Generally, System SocialZ does not offer refunds to any user.
System SocialZ is a service, and please understand that once you begin subscribing to our service, the cost has been allocated for operation. Therefore, if you cancel within the subscription period, you will not receive a refund or credit for any prepaid or unused fees for the remaining term of the subscription, and you will continue to have access to the service until the next billing cycle.
At the next billing cycle, you may cancel the service, and System SocialZ will transfer all information related to the social media accounts you have registered, including: username, account password, email, and email password.
If you have subscribed to social media management services, once the service period ends, we will cease management and notify you accordingly.
If you want to cancel a service with System SocialZ, please notify us by sending an email to hi@systemsocialz.com. Please note that cancelling the service will not entitle you to any refund. You will only have access to the service until the end of the subscribed package period.
